- Power redundancy. Our Chantilly, VA facility has 6,000 square feet of raised floor and a 2N configuration for power and cooling, while our Rockville, MD location offers 3,000 square feet of raised floor and N+1 configuration for power and cooling. All critical systems are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We further protect against outages with an underground networked dedicated utility feed with a 2-megawatt dedicated transformer, redundant diesel generators, redundant UPS systems, and redundant Power Distribution Units (PDUs).
- Cooling redundancy. Both of our locations offer redundant cooling units with built-in CRAHs and hot aisle containment for high-density accommodation. Our VA data center is equipped with redundant 120-ton chillers, while our MD location has a multi-stack chiller plant to ensure optimal environmental conditions.
- Availability. Our data centers offer a minimum of N+1 power redundancy, giving our clients the benefit of maximum uptime and availability to widely-distributed users. Our clients who rely on WAN systems can reap the benefits of our various WAN technology solutions, including scalable on-demand usage, high bandwidth availability, and fast deployment of new nodes added to the network.
- Connectivity. Our fully-lit facility is carrier-neutral, allowing our clients to choose the providers and services that work best for them. As an ISP, ATI has the ability to provide single-homed and multi-homed Internet bandwidth up to class C IP range to our clients at either data center. Our Internet service providers enter our facilities through diverse routes to further reduce the chance of an outage.
